A group photo of four stalwarts from the entertainment field has created a buzz in the industry. Leading director from the film industry Ravi Jadhav, noted playwright, lyricist, theatre director and screenplay writer Kshitij Patwardhan and GSEAMS’s Arjun Singgh Baran and Kartk D Nishandar are seen in a photo that has become a talking point on social media.
To quench the curiosity of the patrons and stakeholders from the industry, GSEAMS has revealed that they are doing a Hindi web series with the leading duo from the industry. The web series will be directed by Ravi Jadhav and written by Kshitij Patwardhan.
Ravi Jadhav is one of the most influential directors in the Marathi industry. Natrang and Balgandharv, the two outstanding films directed by him, won National Awards. Balak Palak, Rege, Time Pass and Nude are some of his most popular and widely appreciated films.
Kshitij Patwardhan is an Indian screenwriter, theatre director, playwright, and lyricist, who received the Filmfare award for best screenplay in 2018, the Filmfare award for best lyrics in 2020, along with the prestigious Tarun Tejankit Award, in 2019. He is also the recipient of multiple Maharashtra state awards and Zee Gaurav, MIFTA and Star Pravah Ratna for his outstanding contribution to Marathi cinema. He is considered one of the most talented writers in the film and television industry. Time Pass, Time Please, Aghaat, YZ and Classmates are the films for which he has worked in the capacity of a writer.
