Godwoman, which has released on Jio Cinema, is about an astrologer, whose life goes upside down. The 15-minute short film tells a very simple story and ends on an interesting note. The turn of events in the climax is unexpected. However, the text in the end could have been worded in a better way, for a more hard-hitting impact. Secondly, the production values are a bit like a TV show. The performances, however, are worthy. Kiran Javeri essays the lead role well. Aansh Shekhawat performs ably while Khalid Siddiqui is dependable as always. All in all, Godwoman is worth a watch.
